I host corporate wellness events and workshops on topics such as perimenopause, menopause, women’s hormone health, gut health and mental health & nutrition.
Private Events
I host private events like this one, ‘The Art of Balance’. co-hosted alongside yoga teacher Emily Cohen. The event consisted of a strength workout, slow yoga, a nutrition talk and delicious healthy food.
