The Health MOT
One-off consultation
If you are self-motivated and want an in-depth plan that you can follow, this one is for you. Complete a health questionnaire and food diary, then we will have a one hour consultation. Following this I will provide you with a written nutritional and lifestyle plan. This option does not include ongoing support, but you are welcome to add on follow-up consultations for £99 or convert onto the 6 week plan at any time afterwards if you would like additional support.

The Essential Plan
Six weeks of support
If you’re looking for more support, this one is for you. Complete a health questionnaire and food diary and then we will have a one hour consultation. Following this you will receive a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, weekly support and coaching, an additional 45min phone/zoom consultation after 3 weeks and then again at the end of the 6 weeks, with amended plans if needed.

The Ultimate Plan
12 weeks of support
The ultimate If you want to make big changes and are looking for ongoing support, I will help you to achieve your goals on my 12 week plan. With the same initial elements of the 6 week plan, we will have 45min consultations after 3, 6, 9 and 12 weeks to track your progress. I will support and coach you throughout, and will create amended plans with additional recommendations along the way.

My work is all about adding in nutritious foods and making small tweaks to your diet and lifestyle to help regulate your hormones, improve energy levels, support the immune system and make you feel better than ever.
